What’s shiny, new and silver? My new garbage disposal!!!! And although this garbage disposal was a great deal, this was NOT a twenty dollar Tuesday.
I know my life is different than it was a few years ago. Today I nearly jumped up and down in excitement when I saw my new garbage disposal. Not only did this brand-spanking new bad boy arrive in the mail today, but while I was driving to LA tonight to drop off some family members who had been visiting, my hubby installed it! It turned out that after all this, we needed a new garbage disposal AND we had a backup in the pipes leading from under the sink away from our house. Luckily my hubby, with a little help from our visiting family members, did all the supply purchasing/ repair/ installation to fix BOTH problems! He’s pretty darn awesome that hubby of mine (And here’s to saving a few bucks and not calling a plumber)!
The bad news: our microwave is now on the fritz…

ok, I haven’t been paying much attention to your tags I admit, but I’m struggling to see how this is “military life.” Is this something Sean learned how to do while he was in a hawkeye at 20,000 feet?

Well, the initial garbage disposal issue was in military life (as all these things happen to me when my hubby is gone…), so I just continued the story with that tag…your theory works, too, though
